ServiceTitan implementations run $5,000 to $50,000, and still leave gaps
ServiceTitan is a serious system and its implementation is priced accordingly. What that money buys is a competent standard rollout. What it does not buy is anyone who knows the specific way your business is odd, and every contractor is odd somewhere.
This is probably you if
- You are mid-implementation and it has stalled
- A spreadsheet is running alongside the system nobody wanted
- The reports do not answer the questions you actually ask
- Something important does not integrate and nobody will own it
- You suspect you are paying for far more system than you use
Where standard implementations stop
The vendor gets you configured and trained on the platform. The gaps that remain are almost always the same: integrations with systems ServiceTitan does not natively speak to, reporting that answers your questions rather than the standard ones, and the workflows unique to how you actually run.
Those gaps get filled by someone in your office building a spreadsheet, which is how you end up with a very expensive system and a spreadsheet running alongside it.
What independent help looks like
Connecting ServiceTitan to whatever else matters: accounting beyond the standard sync, supplier systems, your own custom tooling. Reporting and dashboards built around the numbers you actually run the business on.
And automation on top of the API: pulling data out for analysis, pushing it in from other sources, and removing the re-keying that survives every rollout.
The harder conversation
Sometimes the honest answer is that you bought too much system. ServiceTitan is built for larger operations, and a fair number of shops under about fifteen techs are paying enterprise pricing for capability they will never use.
If that is you, I will say so, and there is a page on what moving to something right-sized involves. I have no vendor relationship in either direction, which is exactly why I can tell you that.
Questions people actually ask
- Can you replace our ServiceTitan implementation?
- Not the initial platform rollout, and I would not try. My work is the integration, reporting and automation around it, or a second opinion when a rollout has stalled.
- Do you work with the ServiceTitan API?
- Yes. That is where most of the interesting work is once the platform itself is running.
- Are you affiliated with ServiceTitan?
- No. Independent, no partnership, no referral fee. That is the point of asking someone like me.
Worth a conversation?
Fifteen or twenty minutes about how your business actually runs. No deck, no discovery fee. If I do not think there is anything here worth building, I will tell you that.
